If you do want to send something back, please make sure it follows all of these requirements:

• Must have original tags attached to the item

• Must be in re-sellable condition

• You have 21 days from the day you receive it to send it back. (We have to receive it by the 21st day)

 

Monogrammed items are non-refundable.

If we receive your item without a note or do not receive an email stating what you would like to exchange it for, we 

will assume you want a store credit and will keep it on file.
